Yes! We use only 100% genuine freshwater baroque pearls. Each one is naturally shaped and beautifully imperfect — just like life’s most meaningful moments.

✨ Are they safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. We carefully choose skin-friendly metals like 925 sterling silver, 14K/18K gold-filled, and vermeil (gold over silver). No thin gold plating — just quality you can feel good about wearing.

🌿 Will the jewelry tarnish?

No worries ✨ Our pieces are made with 14k/18k gold filled, which is far more resistant to tarnishing than regular gold plated. With proper care, they’ll stay beautiful for years.

If your jewelry looks a bit darker after wear, it’s usually just natural oils or dirt — a gentle clean will restore the shine:

• Soak in lukewarm water with mild soap
• Brush softly with a baby toothbrush
• Rinse and pat dry with a soft cloth

💖 For sterling silver:
A light patina over time is completely normal. It’s not damage and can be easily polished with a silver cloth. Store in a dry pouch when not in use.

🧼 How should I care for my jewelry?

Baroque pearls and gold-filled jewelry are delicate by nature. Avoid contact with water, perfume, or lotions. Gently wipe with the included polishing cloth after wear, and store in the pouch provided.

Yes — all of our packaging materials are recyclable, biodegradable, or reusable. It’s our way of showing care for you and the planet.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

We ship from the U.S. within 1–3 business days. Domestic orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.

✈️ Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. We're working on expanding, and we appreciate your interest!

🔄 What’s your return policy?

Due to the handmade and intimate nature of our jewelry, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges — especially for earrings — unless your item arrives damaged.
